At GAIA we are striving for Zero Waste, nothing to landfill. We use durable glasses, cloth hand towels,
microfiber body wraps to reduce landfill. All paper, plastic and glass is recycled.
We use only environmentally safe detergents and have replaced toxic fabric softeners with organic dryer balls.
Our administrative offices are cooler after replacing incandescent bulbs with mercury free low voltage
florescent bulbs. And the practice of unplugging appliances rather than simply turning them off reduces
phantom energy use.
Organic fruit and vegetables are at least five times richer in anti-oxidants - this is the quality you
will find at GAIA in all our treatments and refreshments.

non-organic cotton t-shirt requires 1/3 cup of pesticide and fertilizer to produce. We utilize recyclable microfiber
for our linens and robes. This textile is durable and luxurious.
